Shipping policy

General Information

Order Processing takes 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days).
Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 12 PM (PST). For further assistance please contact customer service.
Order Placed on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
UPS Ground - 4 to 7 business days
UPS Next Day Air - 1 to 2 business days
(Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time)

We currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please make sure to double-check your shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order.

Nina Morena is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if your package arrives damaged you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Shipping rates will be estimated during checkout. After the total weight of your complete order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping charge may be more or less than your estimated quote.

A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email with a tracking number.

If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs.

However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.

When the order is valued at $250 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.

Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers without previous notice.

 

Free Shipping

We offer Free UPS Ground Shipping for all US Continental orders over $150. The minimum order value must be $150 before taxes, shipping, and handling. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

At this moment we don’t have a promotional Free Shipping and Return for International orders.

 

International Shipping

The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction.

In some instances, the delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Nina Morena and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as Nina Morena does not cover additional customs fee charges. Nina Morena is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
