Refund policy

Exchanges can be made up to 10 days after receiving your items for a different size of the same style and color. 
To make an exchange email Customer Service: hello@shopninamorena.com to let them know you would like an exchange, place a new order for the item you want, and add on the email your old and new order number immediately after a new order is placed. We will honor the original purchase price, the shipping fee is not refundable, and a refund for the original order will be issued once it is received and processed.
 
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date to be eligible and a flat rate return shipping is deducted from the refund.

Flat rate return fee is as follows:
1 item - $10.00
2 items or more - $15.00

 All returns are refunded via store credit or refund. We encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store credits never expire.

If your order was placed without registering or signing in to your Nina Morena account you will have to register or sign in to your account to view and apply your store credit.

To be eligible for a refund all items must be:
Returns must be requested within 7 business days of receipt. We reserve the to decline return requests that are made after 7 business days of receipt. 
Returns must be at our warehouse within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
All returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
Have original tags attached.
Accessories are final sale and not eligible for returns. Accessories are jewelry, hats, scarves, sunglasses, handbags, and belts.
Bodysuits and Intimates are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Placed in original packaging or similar packaging with any previous shipping labels covered. Failure to use original/like packaging will result in a reduction of your refundable amount. We do not accept returns packaged in boxes unless the original packaging was a box.
Returned using the label provided to you during the return request.
Please do not include items that were not previously requested, a new request must be submitted for additional items.
Original shipping is non-refundable.
International orders are not eligible for return.
Not all locations in Hawaii and Alaska will be eligible for a return label. We do not provide return labels to US Territories or APO/FPO addresses.
    While we strive to provide the highest level of service, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address details are provided for your order. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
